Amazing festival of Maha Shivaratri at Shree Peetha Nilaya ashram with Paramahamsa Vishwananda, brothers & sisters Swamis/inis and lot of devotees. Guruji installed a Shiva deity in the middle of the ashram garden.
Radhashtami is a Hindu holy day commemorating the birth anniversary of Radha the life energy of Vishnu. On this day she emerged from a lotus flower as the lover-consort of the lord Krishna the eighth avatar of lord Vishnu. It is celebrated mainly by devotees of Krishna.
After an intensive program of eight days on Srimad Bhagavad Gita, we have been blessed to celebrate Krishna Janmasthami as a culmination of the amazing program.
